My Lai Massacre Site is located at Son My, Quang Ngai Province. It was one of the largest single massacres of unarmed civilians by American troops in the 20th century along with No Gun Ri Massacre in South Korea. Between 347 and 504 unarmed civilian women, children, elderly and even infants.

Generally, booking confirmation is mailed to you instantly after a successful booking is recorded. Booking Cancellation Policy for Part Paid and Pre-Paid Rentals:

100 % Refund of pre-payment will be made to the customer, where the booking has been cancelled 24 hours before the pick up.
In cases, where booking has been cancelled when less than 24 hours are left for pick up, 50% of the car transfer price will be retained.

Is it possible for me to extend my transfer duration?

Yes, you can extend your day transfer duration but we suggest that you should get to your destination on or before 9pm as much as possible for you and your driver's safety.

Is two-way transfer possible?

Yes, you can indicate it on the notes while booking your transfer.

Is there a surcharge for using PayPal or credit card?

There will be a 3% surcharge for using PayPal or credit card.

What should I do in case of a complaint?
